Colors

This is the story of the many different people personalities in the Land of Terra. This carving is a bit more difficult to read because the drawings don’t look like humans that we know, but the message is clear. Creatures of Terra come in all colors, shapes, sizes, and personalities. Purple sits quietly each day, saying little, but thinking about so many wonderful things. Perhaps some day he will be a writer and share the amazing stories that he has to tell. Blue is quite vocal, always standing up for her beliefs in a more obvious way. She is willing to lead the way when her friends think change is on the horizon. Pink is unpredictable - at times he is funny, at times he is serious, at times he is just pink and happy to be. Green, like Isabella, is full-speed-ahead most all of the time. He slows down when he sleeps and is ready to fly again at the first light of day.

You might think that when two people are so very different that one must be right and one must be wrong, but this is not the case. There is no one way that humans are supposed to be. Instead, there are millions of individuals in our world, each one special in his or her very own way. Terra is home to many diverse creatures, who all together make up the magic that winds through our land. Perhaps our differences are cause for joy …
