Little Molly, the baby duck, is close by the side of her friend, Luis, the seal pup. The two are the best of friends and he is hopelessly trapped in seaweed with his flippers pinned to his sides. This seaweed is more dangerous than most - sticky, gooey, clingy - the terra worst. Fortunately, for Luis, the green goo is so dense that it holds his head above water. Seal pups can only stay under water for about thirty minutes.
Little Molly can’t free Luis and quickly realizes that his only hope will come from the power of their pleas. The only thing left to do is to join her own cries with his so someone might come to their aid. If she quacks loud enough and he barks loud enough, someone or many someones will help to free him from his snare. Little Molly and Luis make a noise that most will never hear, each getting stronger in the efforts of the other. The power to overcome hardship often comes from the strength of the many.
