Claire and Emilio

This is the story of Claire and her little cub, Emilio - two polar bears who are always on the move. It isn’t so easy to find food when you live mostly on ice so staying in one place just doesn’t work. The two will travel thousands of miles to find food. Claire and her boy are taking extra steps this year because the ice is melting more than usual. Their Terra home is changing, melting away, and Claire is leading her cub into unfamiliar lands.

You might think that ice is just ice and less of it is better, but this is not the case. The Land of Terra is made up of different types of ecosystems and Arctic ice is home to many families of polar bears. The loss of ice is the loss of habitat.
